This is my Prayer

Emptying Out of Worn Creation

I consider us all to be the Earth, the Universe, the Source.

I thought we could spend a few moments remembering.

Like you, I have a human form.

There is much here that can be considered to belong to yourselves or to somebody,

that's emptying out of a very worn out creation and

pointing to the belief systems, within the psyche of Humanity.

What do I mean by Humanity? Well, of course I Am Humanity.

So I thought I'd invite you all to a prayer, to reflect and as it were heal,

which means simply surrendering the idea that we all have personal pain.

It really seems that way as each and every one of us know.

Feeling the Humanness in the Stories

Let your humanness completely utterly be felt,

whether it's mental or emotional.

However it comes, let your humanness

be felt, be known, no matter what story comes.

We may have had several stories passing through, maybe bundles of stories.

They're very personal, intimate fashion in our minds and in our bodies,

and seeming to relate to this somebody we call ourselves

with others that we move within life,

or whether just on the street.

So let's connect with that humanness.

And that humanness, what would it like to say to the invisible just behind our self-image,

and just behind any stories that are still showing their face?

There may be a great deal at this moment.

The shoulds and shouldn'ts the musts and can'ts

to really simply allow them to be there.

To speak as if there were another God.

If there were a God just behind this that you can speak to

what do those stories want to say, how do they feel?

I would suggest, are they not mirrored throughout the world at this moment?

Stories in Gaza, stories in Ukraine, the stories we never hear about.

Are they not all us?

Are they not calling to another realm entirely?

Who is it that sees and hears this,

all the stories, whether positive or negative, but also be that that those stories

are speaking to, that those stories are observed by,

another dimension of this I that I call me with this I that I call me, as it were, invisible.

In some places we might call that Shiva or mother.

The story of humanity,

Story of the Universe,

Story of such intimacy

that it would jump into a spontaneous creation not matter what it might see, feel or come into, and what we're coming into here is the ability to have more consciousness.

The consciousness that is in all this is the ground of this and somehow,

without the need to transform it, it's happening

just through being completely present and not separate.

These are all gestures, pointers in this prayer.

The Remembrance

This is my prayer, that I am in the remembrance of what every being is as a reflection,

a deepening understanding of what I is.

Just for a few moments let's drop into the silence, that is

felt in every cell of our bodies that are more than just cells of a human

but the cells of universal possibility,

mixed with old patterns of energy

that's dying to be remade from the unknown.

And in this we might discover,

there's nothing that happens on the apparent outside

that's not a formed mirror transformation on the inside.

It has no name.

Be in that silence as the same one.

Experience how form like sand is passing through our hands of experience.

It's all made of the same light,

all made of the same wonder.

It is always here.

It is I,

I am that wonder you can say and you are that wonder!

Oh, that wonder!

This is a strange but wonderful time.

The known still very much passing through whilst the new is emerging.

all made of the same stuff.

Consciousness itself.
