The Retreat Venue
The retreat will be held at the beautiful
Kalypso Cretan Village Resort & Spa
near the village of Plakias on the stunning southern coast of Crete.
B and the retreat group have been exceptionally welcomed here since our first Crete Retreat in 2015 and we look forward to Retreats at our ‘home on Crete’

Travel to Kalypso
Fly into either of Crete’s two main international airports : Heraklion or Chania.
Both airports are well serviced by international providers.
From either airport it will take between 1.5 - 2 hours to reach the venue by car.
Taxis
If you want to catch a Taxi you can engage one at the airport on your arrival or if needed we can endeavor to match you with other participants to share costs. Cost is approximately 120 - 140 Euro.
Hire a Car
Hiring a car to drive to the resort is an easy option if you would like the convenience of your own vehicle throughout the retreat.
Public Transport
If you want to make your own way on public transport there are public buses you can take from the central bus station in Heraklion or Chania.
From Heraklion: Heraklion to Plakias, leaving the central bus station in Heraklion. Take a bus from the airport to the central bus station or take a taxi. Bus to Rethymno – travel time is 1.5 hours.
Then a bus from Rethymno to Plakias – travel time is 1 hour.
